The Willows Condominiums are in the midst of a major redevelopment project. Demolition of the old Willows began at the end of the 2006/2007 ski season. The "new" Willows will be completed in November 2008.

During the construction, Willows Management will be operating Riva Ridge South and other rental units in the Bishop Park Area of Vail.

We are very excited about the new building which will comprise 18 new condominium residences. Nine of these units will be available for rent. With superior construction specifications and design and decor by the nationally recognized interior design group, Slifer Designs, the new Willows is set to raise the bar in Vail Village.

And the Crane came down! The crane was dismantled today ( the boom already down in this photo.). The building is in finishing stages of construction. Contractors are working on final finishes in units as construction wraps up on the exterior of the building.
